What data we use and why

If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to reply. If you are a contact at a client, partner or supplier, we use your business contact details to manage that relationship and to meet our invoicing and tax obligations. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding, the performance of a contract, or a legal obligation.

We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decision-making.

Client project data

Data shared with us for a project is confidential and used only for that project. Our scientific work runs on our own servers, and we never enter client confidential information into third-party AI tools. At the end of a project, or on request, we return or delete client data.

Client data is stored on secure, access-restricted systems, and access is limited to the staff working on the project.

Who we share it with

Only with providers that help us operate, such as email, website hosting and cloud storage, under data processing terms. We may also share data with public authorities when the law requires it. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to answer your enquiry or manage our relationship, and then for the periods required by law.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. It loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its use, or receive a copy of it. Write to contact@phasicabio.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

We will publish any changes on this page.
